TeleService simplifies the process of Service advice and preparation for appointments both for the customers and the Dealers. As a result, the quality of the service process is increased, there is more time for individual customer support and the customer enjoys an especially innovative, exclusive service*.

BMW TeleService facilitates the cordless transmission of maintenance data from the car directly to BMW Importer. This gives the Importer or Branch Workshop a specific service profile without their having seen the car. The Workshop can thus prepare with reliable accuracy for the service task to be carried out.

Spare parts can be reserved or ordered prior to the service date, thereby eliminating the risk of delays. In addition, the service adviser is in a position to tell the customer in advance how long the necessary tasks are going to take.
