The Service Requirements are automatically transferred in the form of an Automatic Service Call from the vehicle to a dedicated BMW Service Workshop.

The Service Call transfers the;
- Vehicle identification data,
- Vehicle Status information and
- Maintenance information determined by the CBS.

These data are identical to the data stored in the vehicle key.

In the case of an Automatic Service notification, the Customer receives acknowledgement in the form of a call from the BMW Dealership.
